We should be doing this a lot more with young players who go out on loan and gain interest from league clubs but aren't quite good enough to make it here.

Low fee, good sell on percentage or low buy back option. Man City seem to be doing it a fair bit at the moment and if it's good enough for them.

Seems a good move for him! Wasn’t one of the stand out names in the academy, but has bagged himself a move to a league one club. Good for both the club and him.

I believe he did very well on loan at Darlington and Farsley Celtic in the national league-North last season. This probably got noticed by Fleetwood. With us bringing in Marshall Francis and Jevan Beattie, this seems like a good move to create more opportunities for these new forwards.

I think a point to make is that Theo has clearly been signed into Fleetwood's ACADEMY system (rather than into their League One squad). He's downsized from our Cat 2 Academy to their lower level Academy. I'm sure that suits him and SUFC, but it's like they've plucked him for their First Team.
