Sammon was what Higdon should have been for us. As has been said he's not going to score a sackful but he can make a massive contribution if he continues to play in that manner.

A midfield two was always going to struggle against their three today so don't get too disheartened. Not sure Jose is the man to play in there if we come up against similar formation again but we did ok today. Not gonna get carried away with one win but there's green shoots of potential in the performance.

That's where I parked today and had to break some change in the Rutland to pay = near on £10 and a bonus beer

Not really been around to see any news in the last 48 hours.

I have to say well done to Murphy today. Looked stronger than last season , has he been in the gym. Still able to beat his man with ease though.

Add his 2 quality finishes and I think it was a great performance.

Lets hope he can do it more consistently this year
