I know we all hate the boasts of travellers to sunny locations, so you will have little sympathy for me. We flew to Majorca on Saturday, but lovely as it was in the sunshine on the balcony drinking wine, it was clearly not a patch on a wet and windy evening at the Lane. Please keep posting videos, interviews, anecdotes, etc., to give us a sense of what has been going on. It has been great to get an idea of the atmosphere around the Blades just now, so keep the posts coming for the benefit of those of us in temporary exile.

Where abouts on the sunny isle are you? (It wasn't sunny when we were across Easter Weekend. Indeed it was very very similar to BDTBL on Saturday).

Port Pollença. Has been some cloud today, but sun is back out now. Celebration drinks of choice are still red and white wine. In separate glasses. Colours seem appropriate.

What’s the forecast for next week?

Not only have I now missed 2 promotion campaigns whilst overseas, I have no pig acquaintances here to wind up. I whatsapped the brother in law today in desperation to get a bite and he bit big time.

I love watching the videos, not like being there but shows me what I’m missing.

Love it. Where you stopping? Go there about 6 times a year!

Currently on the balcony at The Piscis in Pto Alcudia just down the road from Pto Pollensa. Bathed in sunshine and red wine. Spent yesterday afternoon in the Smugglers watching Scum v Villa in the company of a scum fan and pig.
I assure all of you you can be assured I absolutely made them realise how utterly inferior they are to us on absolutely every level.

On the Pine Walk. We go Twice a year, to go walking. The mountains are a lot steeper than they used to be.:(
Not too many sundowners in the Illa D'or then!

Yeah. Love the walk over to Cala St Vincent. Did Victoria previous time. That was too much like the Lakes!!

John Snow - do the Alcudia old town to PP often. Catch bus there and walk back. Exactly 6 miles. Can get a bit windy where the surfers are - makes is hard work in the heat!

Know that stretch well. It's very exposed.
Love PP and Alcudia. Lived in the latter for a couple of years.

I shall be in Fuengirola on Sunday playing golf, tee off time 11.30
But at least there's not so much riding on this game now so I can relax a bit, I can't imagine being stuck on a golf course if it had been a one match shoot out between us and Leeds
