Regarding sammon his miss was shocking but he has been one of our best performers in the first few weeks, he was never really brought in to bag too many goals but to enable others to score through hold up play, knock downs and generally pissing the defenders off. Let the swine laugh, he'll be scoring our winner against them next year

I have no issue with them finding it amusing. I found it amusing (after we’d scored a couple to make sure it didn’t matter). People are going to take the piss when professional footballers balls up in a comical fashion. I seem to remember extracting the urine from Andy Booth for a ridiculous miss when he was playing at the sty.

Fortunately, it had no impact on the result and we can all laugh about it.

I don’t see why it causes some to resort to racism (or trans bashing for that matter) ….. “ting tong”? Really? And everyone told me this forum was bladesmad’s high brow big brother ….. All posts like that do is make all of us look bad.
