I have to diagree. Wendy's above us is just wrong in so many ways!
We have a far better squad and infrastructure than they do and we need to be above them for the good of our Squad/Fans/Management/Sanity!

Whilst Daz's point of view may have come across slightly harsh, I would have to agree with him.

We have this fixation on Wednesday for some reason, yes we're rivals, yes we don't like them. But I for one would love to see them in the PL with ourselves.

If Wednesday won the League and we were second, I would be happy with OUR outcome. The fact they finished above us would mean little.

As for the fixation, it's at every game, singing about Wednesday all the time. I have to admit I will occasionaly join in, but we should concentrate more on ourselves than them over in the sty.

It's these youngsters at the back of the kop doing it all the time, they're about 16-17. They were the same at Stoke on Saturday and I refuse to sing songs that aren't about us. What's funny about these kids is that they all act hard and want to throw their weight about, when all that kicked off on Saturday they weren't even near it and they were cacking themselves.

I'm glad it's not just me who see's this fixation, it really does get up my nose. After all, we're supposed to support Sheff Utd, not hate Sheff Wed. I hate them on derby day, but other than that I'm not fussed if they win, lose or draw. I'm bothered about how United go.

I personally dont have a problem with the ant-Wendy songs or attitudes ... Whats wrong with hating your rivals ... Im not saying hate individual Wendy fans but I for one enjoy the banter and rivalry with our piggy friends - no matter who our opponents are!

I love the rivalry too, and people who have seen me will know what I'm like at a derby game... I absolutely despise Wednesday and everything about them for the week leading up to, during and after the derby, what I don't like is the constant anti-Wednesday songs when we're not playing them. I don't mind it when we're playing them, I join in when we're playing them, I just think there's too much of an obsession with hating Wednesday.

I don't like Wendy like an annoying neighbour who plays his crap music too loud and tries to outdo you cos he wants to look better in others opinion (if that makes sense).
When they were above us and our financial situation was awful they deserved to be where they were and us where we were at the time.
They are now financially a mess and we are on a sound footing.
They are playing above where a team with that kind of money (or lack of) should be and we are playing below where we should be with the money we have spent and have within the club.
I don't hate Wendy they just annoy me.

P.S. most of this post prob doesn't make sense anywhere outside my mind!
