ADKINS DOES NOT NEGOTIATE TRANSFER DEALS. IT'S NOT HIS JOB. It therefore cannot be entirely his fault. It's more than reasonable to assume that the reason we have brought so few in is because of the ludicrously large yet unbalanced squad left behind by Clough and that the wage bill had and still has to be slashed.
