Where do you get the form for a season ticket gongs be getting my first one for next season but not sure how to get one

Has anyone considered that our "cheap" season tickets are resulting in our minimal investment? If we were guaranteed to splash "proper" cash vs the level of investment we've seen over the last 12 months, would you pay more?
