It’s finished - sit back and watch the melt.......

:D

Your team just suffered the most embarrassing cup defeat in history and you're pleased because it allows you to make fun of fellow fans.

Classy.

The players should be ashamed of themselves. So should Wilder.

Wilder didn't seem too bothered about winning the match and the team didn't seem to be that fussed either.

Pathetic performance.

Who did wolves Cardiff & Fulham lose to last year? I couldn’t tell you any of the three and sure not many on here could

I bet their fans couldn’t have given a fuck when celebrating promotion. Priority had to be the league

The fixture pile up is something we could do without. We’ve got to go “all in” on the league as it’s wide open currently.
I'm not having a go or singling out your opinion here as I know a lot of others will be of the same view. However I think what's happened today is a disgrace. The FA Cup is just as important (or even more so) than winning the second tier. Winning the second tier means a club gets millions for promotion, but is that all football is about for people now?

You must be pleased because it perpetuates your endless cycle of hatred for our club.

Have you ever held a positive thought about us?

Yes, I've really been enjoying this season.

That's a strawman. You'll find plenty of positives from me.

One thing's for sure, I've never been as gleeful about us losing as you are today.

But then again, you seem to have largely given up interesting debate for Sean Thornton type sniping recently. What a shame.

Embarrassing

Wilder's having a good few days with this and Madine.

100% manager's fault.

A team of fully fit players from the conference who are used to playing together in a system are unsurprisingly able to beat 11 much better players who have never played together, half of whom aren't match fit in a system some of them don't know. 2 debuts thrown in for good measure.

Given the need to keep our squad fit, having a competition for some of them to feature in would have been useful.

Dissapointing and embarrassing but not the end of the world.

No fringe players can moan about not being in the team on that showing.

It will soon be forgotten if we keep winning in the league

It’s hardly the end of the world.
Nobody said it was, but that what happened today says a lot to me about the modern game and I've now had enough of it. It won't make a difference being one person, but I believe in football as it was, not as it is now. After going home and away for years, including this year (ST holder), I'll not be showing my support like I have done for 20 years or more (I'm 34).

The result isn't the important thing here. If we had won 1-0, I'd be saying the same thing. As soon as I saw the team, my blood boiled.

He's been poor for a while hence he hasn't been starting games. He looks as knackered in the first minute as he does the last

I mean this sincerely. I think the lad needs a blood test. There's something not right with him.

Mate a spirited defeat in the quarters is not what this season is about.

Two years ago Brighton got knocked out by (then) non league Lincoln on their way to the EPL trough.

So I can tell you who it was, though your point is well taken.

However, I don't believe doing well in the Cup and League have to be mutually exclusive and that was a (Jonathan Ross voice) rank performance.

It's so numbingly bad that I actually feel pleased for the Barnet supporters.

10 changes means the cup is irrelevant, shame the 9000+ have to pay to see us today. Our fringeplayers have little practice in playing, without the cup it's even worse. Can't judge the players today, any of them could easlily do a good job in a full starting eleven, but put out 10 changes ...........we're not there

Barnet thoroughly deserved the win, well done and a great day out for the 966 fans they brought. Not a great deal can be said about our players today :(

I feel sorry for the paying blades, let down by playing a under strength team that didn't look like they gave a toss until it was realised what it would look like and by then it was too late

Rodley nailed it above. When you continually whine like a pussy, you just sound like.......a pussy.

If you sat on your hands and held back your negative thoughts for the other 99% of your life, you might make an impact.

Stop talking crap, I post as many positive messages as negative ones

If you think the players and management shouldn't be criticised after that, you carry on

But that will be damaging to us, make no bones about it, that will damage us, just when things were looking really good

We've finally seen the fans start to get a little excited and start creating a good atmosphere and now our next game will be watched by fans who will have reverted back to their normal expecting the worse scenario
