When was it? At 31 years old I can't ever remember one?

I think the match we won 2-1 at theirs when Akinbiyi scored was 3pm sat. Was it the promotion season so 05/06?
Don't know if there has been a more recent one.
It would have been the last time Sheffield FC played Hallam.
If you are thinking about the Steel City derby then I don't know.

And your missus believed that yarn GCB ? when you gonna were in the pub after with the lads ?I think you're right EB.
It was 18th of Feb, my wedding anniversary.
I was 'allowed' to go on the understanding that I took Mrs Greasy out at night.
Problem was, I jumped up when we nearly scored a third and smashed my head on one the the girders right at the back of the stand.
It was only about 5 mins from the end so decided to go to hospital and get it sorted.
Needless to say the anniversary plan went to pot, but she starting to come round a bit now.![]()

Wasn't the one we lost in 09 at the Lane 3pm Saturday?
You mean the one where they scored in the opening minute and then Lupoli equalised for us soon after? If so I'm sure that one was on a Saturday but something like a 12:15 KO.

Yep that was early. Just about made kick off on the Kop and soon wished I hadn't when Tudgay smashed one in right in front of me

That was me SS! St John's said to go to hospital and I had a choice to have it stitched or glued so went for the glueing since I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to pain.......it stung like f*****g crazy!Think that I was sat a couple of seats away from you (towards the north stand, back row), remember a couple of stewards coming to your aid and I think you said that you lived in the Aston area? you went to the concourse for treatment?
Bet you took the piece of rust you dislodged home
That was one eventful day....
Also the Alan Quinn win was normal time too.I think the match we won 2-1 at theirs when Akinbiyi scored was 3pm sat. Was it the promotion season so 05/06?

that's why you're not.. you sound far too sensible mateI know, the post doesn't annoy, but the attitude to our footballing history in Sheffield does.
If I was council leader I'd milk it for all its worth and have legions foreign tourists going around the city every week to get a feel of the roots of the world's favourite sport.
