Can anyone give me a run down on who is injured, what they are injured with, and how long it is likely to be until they are ready to come back in to the side.

I don't think I have even known an injury list like this at the start of a season, but I can see the reason why. Last season there seemed to be an emphasis on bringing players back when they was fittest enough to able to play and get through 90 minutes, rather than an emphasis on bringing back from injury having made a sustained recovery which meant they could get just about get through 90 minutes before breaking down again.

Harris* - pelvic - months
McGahey - pelvic - months
Brayford - knee ligaments - months
Done - broken collarbone - 10 weeks
Coutts* - knee - weeks
Cuvelier - hamstring - weeks
Kennedy* - knee - weeks (beginning tailored 'pre-season' training)
Flynn* - achilles - weeks (beginning tailored 'pre-season' training)
Alcock - ? - days
Campbell-Ryce - hamstring - days

It really is a shame that our injury list is so extensive; some would argue that Done, Brayford and maybe Harris would get into a League One XI.

Done was top goal scorer from midfield and both harris and the beard looked a class above this division

Adkins did list the injuries in a recent interview. It's on here with a basic transcription but I can't find the link from my phone.

Wasn't JCR on the bench on Saturday?
While we are on the subject of missing players am I right in thinking only Murphy and Calvert Lewin have left the club albeit CL is on loan

Done at 10 weeks seems a little conservative, and given Bray's giddiness on Twitter the other day, I reckon he may be back in training in under a couple of months (but that may well be me being hopeful).

Think Bob is as big a loss as either of the guys above though :(

Do you mean since the start of the season?

When its actually listed out like that, it's crazy to see how many injuries we actually have. Atleast 6 of them could be in our first 18

That's why I don't think we need many signings (although the length out of action is obviously a factor but loans can cover that) and why I've gone on about centre halves so much.

We could have concentrated on the defence much more than we have.

We will also have a fairly good nucleus of a squad to build on when we go up.

Shield of the Star reports "Nigel Adkins on injuries to Stefan Scougall & Neill Collins: "Stefan has gashed his ankle. Collo has a calf issue."
