Apologies if I have missed an earlier post on this but this guy (Portuguese) was appointed by Wilder as new head first team coach in September to “freshen up” the coaching side. Is he responsible for our newfound ability to score goals from Corners (Stoke, Brum and Leicester) and a more dynamic and attacking play so different from last season with 3 or more goals scored in number of games? Is his influence finally showing through? Can it continue to improve our play and results? Can he get us to last 90 minutes without running out of steam?

No

Mcsheffrey has work wonders with our set pieces, it’s gone from expecting a ball hitting the first man too, expecting the ball to hit the back of the net.

It’s the little things like brooks “sorting out his laces” blocking off James for a split second so tanga banga (also known as TANGBANGA!) can head home. Love shite like that me. Bend the rules don’t break them.

It’s a great “weapon” to have with variations on set pieces especially corners as we do have some bigger built players especially at CB barring Mee that can fly in. Nobody is stopping an attempt like Tannganga’s the other night.

There's two parts to this. As others have mentioned, on the first part whether he is responsible for the set pieces, no.

On the attacking improvement, I don't know if it's down to him, but something has definitely changed Callum O'Hare's drastically improved physicality has a lot to do with it too, IMO. The lad aint no softy anymore

Makes sense for any team to be good at set pieces. However, we get a shit load of corners due to Brooks and Seriki so we really should be looking to make them count. Helps having some big twats in there who can really attack the ball too.

Just on Brooks and Seriki- Seriki mentioned in a post-match interview how him and Brooks etc have been praised for the amount of corners they win but have been challenged to do a bit more from those positions which i think is brilliant coaching and you can see the lads have taken that on board. Seriki would have more assists this season but for some poor finishing at times.
