There is a second deadline for domestic transfers in England, 5pm on Friday 16 October. This will be for loans or permanent transfers between Premier League and EFL clubs. No transfers can take place between Premier League clubs or with foreign clubs in this additional period.

It's crazy how little media attention this EFL transfer window is getting. Just because the biggest clubs aren't expected to sign players from the EFL, presumably. Media can't even be arsed to speculate/gossip about players like Buendia etc. The only stories are probably ACTUALLY real like Benrahma to West Ham... A media paradox.
