The nearest team playing at home on the same day to the pigs are wait for it ............................................. 22miles away (Doncaster that is , Huddersfield would be 24 miles away)
Another thing too, take this weekend we have at home the local teams of ........................

Next weekend will see the pigs at home along with Doncaster seems like they are sure to pick up the floating support, this happens time and time again over the years.
You had a choice? My Mum, Dad and Grandad had us kids dressed in red and white from birth. The Catholic church couldn't have indoctrinated us better. All the above simply tells me I made the right decision about 24 years back to be Blade and not a Fowl!

What p*sses me off about Wendy, and it's been touched on already, is that they think they're absolutely poles apart from us in terms of club history, stadia, attendences etc. They're so deluded it's embarrassing. The cold hard facts is that there is not much difference between either club at all. The league and cup records are very similar. The divisions we've been in, apart from, dare i mention it, the 4th Division. Average attendences, especially in recent years, have been very similar, and the grounds are of similar size too, both with a very unique character and feel to them. Bramall Lane has just been developed a lot more over recent years. So if i can see all that, why can't a pig? They're so blinkered in their views. Which is the exact reason i'm so proud to be a blade. We're realistic. Blades are honest in their views. They call a pig a pig, when they would call a pig their beautiful wife. Unitedites don't try dressing things up, whilst Wendyites are forever papering over the cracks with their unsubstantiated rhetoric. Often incoherently judging by the callers on football heaven. UTB.

Was listening to Talksport on the way home from Yeovil when a Pig came on. Didn't want to talk about the defeat but mentioned they were a massive club in the championship and said in the early 90's when they were in the top league they often got 40k crowds. He then went on to mention that the crowd they got on Saturday was ok but they were used to over 30k every week when they were in the top league. I nearly crashed the car laughing
he also said that the grunters would cheerfully turn up to watch the grass grow they didn't like that they already think their grass is massiveDeleted Member said:post: 444295, member: 875"]I remember reading something in the Star by i think Les Payne years ago.
He said Unitedite's always think that the glass is half empty, the glass is dirty, will be empty soon and not be filled up again, whilst Wednesdayites think the glass is half full, will soon get filled up again and is a beautiful glass.
LOL - thankfully yes I did - being from Bradford, I'm a 'convert'. My family were Bradford Park Ave, but due to their demise in 1974, I was effectively brought up football neutral. Hence my decision to be a Blade...moreover, I'm also a 'convert' by choice to Catholicism too and can assure you the Church didn't indoctrinate me. C'est la vie!You had a choice?
