Well have to say, 100% correct observations
A big city with a big fan base can build and earn enormous revenue streams if a position in the Premiership can be maintained.
Just make sure we don’t follow what Sunderland did and crash down the leagues again buying lots of unknown foreign players on long contract and crazy salaries
But the opportunity is there like Watford, Burnley and Bournemouth
