AI Customer Complaints?

If anything especially on season ticket renewals we should be utilising AI tech, or even make the options more customer friendly. There could be a few options when signing up for a new/renewing a season ticket.

1) Pay in full with option
A) on an auto renew on x date, with SMS/e-mail reminders and website comms with the emphasis on the customer opting out
B) Opt in on x date, with SMS/e-mail reminders and website comms with the emphasis on the customer opting in - AI could be used here to recognise inbound e-mails/SMS and match against the customer number to speed up the queue of comms.

2) Pay monthly the season ticket cost divided over 12 instalments with auto renew on x date, with SMS/e-mail reminders with the emphasis on the customer opting out. If payment is missed or opt out season ticket customer number becomes invalid.

Better off getting your AI to talk to AI and let them sort it out.

Surely its better to just call the ticket office since email didn't resolve the issue, get on the phone or pop down and sort it that way. Its a better way of handling it than going on social media where your reach isn't that great unless you've got millions of followers willing to resolve it by crowd funding you, the result will be the club picks up the Tweet and then arranges a call. Just cut the middle AI-man and call first to sort.

I don't think theres an issue with the club responding using an automated bot to sift through the issues. There will be a finite number and type of issues or complaints which can be handled and responded to by an automated system and so it will be programmed to recognise those and the process for resolving each. Anything more complex or bespoke will need a call or a human response

If a text uses "foster" as a verb you can pretty much be sure that it's AI generated.

Reads more like a template email than AI. And I'd expect every ticket office up and down the land to have template emails that they slightly doctor depending on the situation. We've had fookin ages to renew our season tickets. I get everyone's situation is different as to when they can buy their ticket and what they can afford but to me it seems the only AI that's the issue here is Alex's Incompetence in remembering when the deadline was.

From what I read, I thought the same. Some of the statements in there stand out as being typical responses in a customer service position. Others have mentioned it already, but using an AI checker is a complete waste of time, especially when it comes to written statements.

LLMs such as ChatGPT have been "trained" on such an absurd volume of written media, that anything could be interpreted as AI-written. Especially if you employ another AI to do the checking.

I don't really think an autogenerated acknowledgement that your email was received and an actual human is going to look into it is something to get quite so upset over tbh.

All a fuss over nothing really. It’s one of the “AI lads” that’s responded. Not AI itself.

Ukaki hasn’t been seen for a while. Now we know why…
