The club would be making a mockery of itself in saying that we want to sign young players with potential high value resale. We bring in Ndiaye from Boreham Wood and signed Jebbison in 2018. Now both could walk for free next summer. Great resale value there. We potentially end up without both of the players and no fees for them.

Wilder really did make a mess of this club with two seasons of utter crap signings. Mousset £10mil, released, Freeman £4mil, released, Robinson £6mil, swap for Burke who was then released. McBurnie, did well last season but £17mil for only 20 goals in 4 seasons, Brewster £23.5mil, 4 goals over 3 seasons and always injured.

It's a gamble, we keep them for this season and basically the year left on their contract, if it works and we stay up it MIGHT convince them to sign new deals however going down and then losing them for nowt is going to leave a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouth. The prince in this situation really is in a catch 22 just got to hope we stay up but to be honest in my opinion regardless of which division we're in i can see at least 2 of the 3 from ndiaye, berge and jebbo leaving us next summer (Ndiaye and Berge mainly) Sander won't want another championship season on his cv and Ndiaye is way too good for championship and with the rumours of marseille interested he'd go in a heartbeat after confessing he'd love to return back there one day
