I wasn’t comment on our midfield, I was commenting on the strange adoration that some have of Mo Besic. However if it makes you happy, I don’t think our current midfield are as bad as some on here are making out. They were being slagged off all last season as well, whilst getting us to the playoffs. I could see a place for a defensive midfielder but that would be in place of Norwood who controls our play. We’d need the CDM to be able to do that.

Norwood also is the man for going forward, if we want to see out a game defensively, we dont always need him, and a change of shape and keeping a lead is as important as scoring another goal.
