Preston will no doubt field a weakened team, with playoff aspirations of their own and have a thin squad so it will include poor players and academy graduates. We should win the game and hopefully get a big team/ pigs / chance in quarters.

On the other hand, we could lose to their second string (whilst fielding our own. It wouldn’t be an embarrassment and we can concentrate on trying to carry on overachieving. Win win situation.

I don't think it is bad either. Win that and another 'crap draw' and your in the quarters on Tele against one of the fashionable lot.

Wilder is going to win us our first cup for donkeys years.

We owe Preston one after our lacklustre performance against them back in December, let’s have the bastards!

Definitely fancy us against their second string.

that what im saying. we want glamour ties & pep wouldve been amazing. but beat preston we are in the 5th rd, 90 grand richer for 9th time in in 25yrs. & just 90 mins from a quarter final

didnt play any glamour ties in 2013/14 (bar aston villa) Colchester, Cambridge, Fulham, Forest, Charlton & we all have great memories

Preston haven’t really got the squad to play a complete second string, they’ll play a mixture just like us.

It’s a chance to get some players some first team games, see how they fare and a great chance to be in the 5th round draw for both clubs.

I fancy us to go through as I can’t see us playing as bad as we did at their place and we only lost that 1-0 without Fleck, Duffy and Brooks.
