BB is, and has been for a while, of the opinion that Kevin McCabe has been wanting to cash in his chips (as in cheap as...) and leave the table for a while. He would've earlier if we hadn't got relegated (there is some substance to this as it seems a sale to American Investors had been agreed had we stayed up). So he has stayed on until wrongs were righted (or in BB speak, McCabe get his cash) and will now leave and sell up.

Given the current economic climate, unless he has a secret buyer lined up that seems unlikely so leaving the son in charge until a buyer is found maybe the option whilst McCabe senior counts his money.
