Just had the flood report over the radio reporting areas of Sheffield that are "flooded", Shoreham St was amongst those.
Hopefully it's due to the new pitch expelling so much water!

Drove down Shoreham Street from Cherry St to Charlotte Road about 15 mins ago. No flooding at all, at least on that bit of the road. Not even any standing water on the road surface to be honest.

Currently elevating some things just in case.

The roads either side of me have raised manholes and the railway bridges on Saxon Road and Chesterfield Road are closed due to flooding.

The pitch is unlikely to be the problem.
