Cooper
Choudhury Anel Robbo Burrows
Souza Peck
Rak-Sanyo Hamer BrewDog
Campbell.

Get Holding on at 60 for mins.

You're all as thick as this **** in charge.
You deserve to suffer.
'If in doubt - get it out' not chuckle brothers peeing about at the back.
Malcolm Allison 'football for thinkers' book re dangerous sideways passing
ATTACK WIDE, (defend narrow) - simples.
Holder training on his own since October!!!

Cooper
Gilchrist(Seriki out?) Anel Robinson Burrows(just)
Hamer Peck Vini Jesus(Brookes)
BBD Campbell (Brewster)

#WilderOut
Didn't realise we'd signed Jesus. Interesting if true. Capable of the odd miracle but vulnerable on crosses apparently.

Need to get a foothold in games and start dominating the midfield battle. I would go 4-5-1. Rak Saki and Brewster can push on a bit when we have the ball.

Cooper
Gilchrist, Holding, Anel, McCallum
Rak Saki, Peck, Souza, Hamer, Brewster
Campbell

If he wants to fit Choudhury into the side, he could play him at right back where has played before. Peck , o'Hare and JRS should start in in opinion

I would like to see this:

----------------------------Cooper-----------------------------
Gilchrist-----------Anel---------Robbo----------Burrows
--------------------Souza---------Hamer--------------------
Rak-Sakyi---------------O'Hare----------------------BBD
----------------------------Cannon----------------------------

Davies
Holding
Clarke
McCallum
Peck
Davies
Brooks
Brewster
Campbell

This gives us a nice balance with plenty of options from the bench. Choudhury will have to miss out due to the loan limits, which is unfortunate for such a big game, but we need depth elsewhere and we have Peck and hopefully Davies to cover CM.

Cooper
Gilchrist Anel Robinson Burrows
Choudhary Souza
Rak Sakyi O'Hare Hamer
Campbell

BBD is not fit so shouldnt be anywhere near at the minute unless on at 60mins.
Cannon needs to earn Campbells shirt
Pecks high energy to close a game out

i've stuck with the middle 2 because robbo and anel are gonna need some help on wednesday haha

i expect us to be better with O'Hare and Rak Sakyi starting ... much more chance of the ball staying up the pitch.

Not sure about Holding . I thought Robbo was our best defender on Saturday . I note he gets a lot of stick on here but on Saturday i thought he was the best defender we had .

Agree but that was a low bar set at the weekend, thought they were all poor at the back.

Holding has come in to play and I suspect it'll be Robinson that eventually misses out, unfairly or otherwise.

You are right he was but they were all poor. He was just not quite as bad as the other 3.

Anel and Robbo just doesn't work. The stats show it. Whether Holding is the answer I'm not sure but it's worth a go.

I watched boro v sunderland and what boro didnt like was being harried at the back and a quick forward running at them so for me ohare must play and ideally campbell. With those 2 in it would be a huge positive

If we play a midfield two of Souza and Choudhary again this year I would be surprised. Wilder is stubborn but not blind. I’m usually not one for hyperbole but that was one of the worst midfield displays I’ve seen by any blades duo for years. I’m not sure if wilder told Hamza to play in the ‘hole’ between the Center halves and the goalkeeper or he just took it on himself to invent a new position. Either way it ended up with us essentially playing without a midfield, because Souza obviously wasn’t match fit.

If Davies isn’t back I’d rather go with Peck and Souza and ask Peck to play a bit more advanced. It’s not ideal but it’s better than nothing.

I’d really like to see Hamer and Souza together but Wilder won’t do it. I can see the logic for keeping Hamer in positions where he can (and is) hurting teams though.
