Hecky wants to win. He'll avoid starting Jimmy Fleck at every opportunity unless he's miraculously John Fleck. Problem is... He might look like John Fleck in training some weeks - then have to be hooked at HT during the actual match.

Anyway, I imagine Hecky will be very stressed if we don't sign a couple of starting midfielders.

I genuinely think that team would finish about 12th in the Championship.

I'm not sure that high. In champ defence would do job well. Goal threat is low. So alot of draws wins and losses by narrow margins.
 
I cannot believe Osborn is going to be first choice in the premier league for us! I just can’t believe it
 
This is the team that started against Tottenham in the cup and stayed on the pitch until 62 mins at 0-0.

On 62 mins we swapped Coulibaly for Berge and Lowe for Osborn. Then on 73, Ndiaye came on for Brooks.

In all honesty, with the pace of Palace, we could do a lot worse (presently) than setting up in a similar way. Osborn > Lowe at LWB could be a solid decision. Yes, i'm trying to remain positive, but how about one of these?

I can't believe that Lowe is near the team. He was gash last season imho
 
I think if we’re looking at trying to get some game time together for our current best team it’s likely to be -

— Anel - Egan - Trusty
Baldock ————— Lowe
————- Norwood
——— Slimane - Ozzy
———- Traore - Osula

I’d have one of the forwards playing behind but time will tell who that suits better, I haven’t seen enough of either to know who’s more of a creator.

On current squad this is the team that will be picked.
Unless he sticks with JLT given he's played all pre-season

It's important we get Vinicius signed and straight into the team
 
Can't get any worse, we can't be any more pissed off and Saturday will be minging. Raise our spirits Hecky, get Bash up front for the lads
