Noticed for the past few games that people had said that Baldock should return back in the side and that subsequently means taking out Jake Wright out of the team.

His performance on Saturday proved he is not someone who should be taken out of the team - it's time to stop suggesting that he be taken out of the team because he's been nothing short of remarkable for us. I personally can't remember the last time he did something wrong

Show Jake Wright the respect he deserves. What a tank, what a leader, what a man

I love me some Wright but if Bladock comes back It allows for Basham and CCV at the back. Having bash them there allows them to step out of the back

His Mum can.

Thing is, wright is older so not playing every week mat benefit him.

He's also experienced so being in and out of the team doesn't seem to affect his form.

Ccv is needs a run of games to achieve his undoubtable potential.
Not our job to develop his "potential"

Our job is win games for SUFC and on that basis I'll go with whatever Wilder wants to do.

CCV isn't our player and even if we tried to sign him, i reckon that Spurs wouldn't let him go for cheap because of how promising he is and the fact that he regularly trained with the first team. He is also an international footballer so we are only adding to his value!

If CCV was our player then I would agree but he isn't so we would only be helping out Spurs even more

WHEN is Baldock back, because for the last few games, there has been talk of him being fit yet no sign.

Good point and I've looked back at both U23 and U18 games to see who is getting game time and the only one of our players returning from injury who has had a run out was Lavery on 17 Nov. (I'm working on the principle that these games will be used to get players back up to match fitness). This is a concern for me as Baldock, Lavery and Evans should really all be featuring now, unless they are out for longer than expected. Next U23 game is 30 Nov (Thursday).

Yes, the inference is that Baldock is longer term than indicated/anticipated. When he went off at qpr, he smashed the ground with his fist in frustration and looked devastated; I remember saying to my son that it could be a bad one. Wonder if CW is trying to keep this under wraps to throw the opposition a little. Missing him and Freeman is a real handicap and that's no disrespect at all to Basham who is a legend.

My point is, the more he plays, for us, the better he will get. That will benefit is this season.

Not unless he is currently judged to be better than Wright and Stearman in the central position by the man who knows best.
