It's good all these big scorelines, but my own typical experience watching United:
Good pre-season = Bad season
Bad pre-season = Good season
Rotherham weren't exactly bad, though most of the match it's like they didn't turn up at all and we just kept slicing or lobbing the ball through their defence too easily. (Love that style by the way, proper football, not relying on set peices or luck!)
Although saying that, there are too many times when we are making wrong decisions with passing. There was a point in the first half where we had this passage of play where we kept it nice and built up pressure. Nice ball down the left wing, players lining up in and around the box waiting for the ball. The ball was however
not put into any kind of useful area and we did the typical United thing of passing it all the way back into our half. Rotherham were then able to push out very quickly and within a few seconds they got a free kick in a dangerous position. Only ourselves to blame for messing about and not having that killer instinct all the time.
Glad Garbage kept a clean sheet or is that half of a clean sheet? Although it wasn't exactly a test. I still question him as a goalkeeper though and maybe Sellés does as well. He made Garbage walk to the bench to have a word with him, don't see that very often. Probably saying "What the fuck is your positioning all about!?"
Brooks had a brilliant 45 minutes, absolutely smashed it

.
Also,
Campbell, O'Hare, McCallum and even... TOM CANNON! Had really good games in my opinion.
