Will be very interesting to see the comments come December if this lad turns out to be the real deal.

No doubt by then United should have paid him the wages he wanted....in fact come August if we are still struggling to sign a decent centre half!

Amazed there is all this fuss over rumour and speculation. Also surprised we are suddenly all high and mighty about how much players playing for us should earn. Comments like "I'm glad WIlder told him to fuck off if he thinks he is worth that". What has it got to do with us? If Wilder then goes and signs a couple of shit players for ten bob is that ok because they only cost ten bob? No matter what we are paying (and I really don't give a shit) I just want the best players for my club. I want promotion. I hope Wilder was right to tell him to do one but it does concern me that we are so bought into what players cost us (via ITK sources to cap it off). Fact is none of us will know until the season gets underway if we have the right players, manager or anything else.

£1k or £10k per week? I don't care, I want promotion. I want us to start batting our average again and not lying like a rotting corpse in the Third fucking division.
