Was going to have a look on site to see how the mini kits had been marketed, but not only do they have a different sponsor (which obviously I knew about), but they are a different design entirely, different collar...

I'm not one who normally moans about this that and the other but the Superstore really need to sort things out.

Ordered 2 of the new training tops, white, medium, round neck, and white, large, v neck. Received today, 1 black, medium, round neck, 1 black, medium v neck. So basically, 6 variables and they've got 3 wrong.

OK, mistakes are made and, annoying though it is, I thought I'd take the steps mentioned in their invoice and on the website.

Mailed the address quoted on both, mail comes back 'this address is no longer in use' - refers you to the message centre which is not mentioned on either the invoice nor the website.
Checked the website again, please return the items using the pre-paid label sent with the invoice - no label attached.
Needless to say, I've also been trying to ring them all morning and no-one is answering the phone.

Grumble over, let's see what happens next but you'd think they'd get their act together, particularly at a time when they are going to potentially make more money than ever.

Just to confirm, it isn't just you this has happened to. I ordered two white training tops for the kids and two black ones have arrived. So now I've got the faff of having to send the buggers back (© Phoenix Nights) as the chances are they won't send the right ones until they get the wrong ones back, even when it is their fault. Also like you, no prepaid label.

And now you can't seem to contact them, terrific!

Tempted to let the kids have the black ones... they do look pretty good after all.

You ordered white and you got black?

Anyone point me at superstore opening hours tmw? I am up in Sheffield in the afternoon so hoping to pick up a shirt if they’re open.

9-5 I think, website currently down to check if its changed at all.

Superstore site back up... If you are buying online, don't go off the photo for the mini kits...

You'll all be pleased to know that my white, large, v-necked training top arrived today. Nothing with it, no note of apology, no mention of refunding the additional postage I had to pay but hey ho............

It's a bit of a joke how much of a shambles our superstore is. We're now a Premier League club and they can barely get delivery correct for a shirt.

I ordered the Away shirt yesterday for next day delivery. It clearly states on the website if you order before 12pm midday, it will be dispatched for next day. I ordered and thought I'd call them to just to make sure. I ordered at just after 11am, thinking it might be tight. After calling 10+ times because each time I called, no one answered. I waited for 5 minutes each time for someone to answer and got nothing. I finally got through and gave the guy my order number. He confirms it will be delivered tomorrow, i.e. today.

This morning, I receive an email saying it has been dispatched much to my confusion. That to me signals it will be coming tomorrow instead and not the next day delivery they promised me. So I decide to ring this morning. I waited 17 minutes after two previous calls. The ringing tone on for 17 minutes and no one answers. An absolute disgrace. When I finally get through the guy mentions that it wasn't sent out until this morning because it has badges on it that need to be printed. Fair enough. But why state on the website and over the phone if orders are completed before midday then next day will be completed? Change the website if that is the case.

I asked for a refund on the postage and to be fair I have been refunded the difference. I think where I take issue is less to do with the shirt and when it's delivered but the lack of communication (if they are struggling to keep up with demand, then remove the promise of next day delivery) and poor customer service. I had to leave the phone ringing for 17 minutes before someone picked up. This isn't isolated either. I called 10+ times yesterday each at 5 minute waits on the ringing before someone picked up. It took me 3 calls today just to get through until the final call where I thought, "screw it, I am going to keep this ringing until it annoys them and they answer".

I would have thought with the new refurbishment we would have upped the standard a bit now.

I order 3 home shirts and 2 pairs of shorts on the 16th, understanding that all orders would be dispatched on the 17th.

They are coming to Spain, on the 17th, I get a lovely tracking link, awesome, this will be a piece of piss, can see when its going to be here etc etc all good.

8 days later, tracking link has not updated, other to say they departed the "hub" at S24SU, ok I think, lets send them an email, I know they are busy, dont want to bother them with phone calls, look up email on website and fire off a polite email.

2 seconds later, auto responder back saying this email address does not accept emails and to use the web form on the website instead, pain in the arse, but ok.

Fill in all the webform, same content etc, submit webform, 2 seconds later, the same auto responder email....

Fine, no problem, will give them a call. Gave up after 30 minutes of trying to get someone to pick up the phone.....

For comparison, last years shirts arrived in 3 days.

Can you actually buy the shirt in the shop yet?

Sounds like they need to get their act together both in store and online, hopefully the store manager or someone sees this thread and all the issues people are having. Or does someone know someone who we can pass this on to?

How do you go about getting the 20% off?.....picking up home and away shirts today to maximise the discount

Think you have to go into the ticket office and they give you a voucher.

Might be easier to buy one of the Chinese knock-offs that are being rushed out of the sweatshops as we speak

Meanwhile, here in Fuerteventura, i had my new home shirt on. We went to the market around 10.30, looky man gives me €80 to ‘lend’ him the shirt. Says come back after 3pm for it. Ok, well i got the money off him, went back, whole fucking suitcase of knock offs. Amazing turnaround. Really good fakes, thing is I couldn’t tell whether ge gave me a fake or my own back. I knew he was gonna copy it. Its now in with city, man u and Barca shirts . 😂
