After hearing all the criticism of Squinny and his misplaced pass (especially Keith Edwards), I expected to see a hopelessly underhit backpass.
Instead what I saw was a misread lay-off miles from the danger area.
The fault all lies with LJF making a completely pointless tackle when the guy was going nowhere. He had 2-3 defenders still in front of him.
There is also a question of whether or not it was inside the area. We've all seen those given outside (normally against Man U or Liverpool).
There's no doubt he didn't take a tumble though. Willson is talking out of his @ss about that one, and I think that worries me more than anything.
