That's all !

My grandad (god rest him) reiterated to me that he once said “that will be the last time you see him here” and then Bruce left for Huddersfield because this club had no ambition (or should that be ‘has’?).

He’s a cheque book manager. And if he left us for lack of funds, I just cannot fathom why he would go over there. D-Taxis had an upturn have they?

You got a reply from the FA yet regarding their fraudulent use of 2 non existent companies?

He’s at the arse end of his career* now and beggars can’t be choosers.

*the perfect fit for the porkers right now.

The Terminator type warehouse is working overtime. The conveyor belt of Pardew, Allardyce, Bruce and Hughes type 101’s will be rolling off the conveyor belt for this fucking shithouse job. In the words of Arnie to every Pig fan “Fuck you asshole”. Merry Christmas Blades one and all.

Well, Chansiri's knowledge of football doesn't amount to much; but he does know that Bruce got the better of him and thwarted his plans a couple of years ago. It's no doubt on that basis that he's chosen him.

I love Brucey.

So a man that wants to sell the club has just appointed a manager on 2mill a year, who has a habit of walking out or doing gash and getting sacked...

And they’re supposed to be in breach of ffp rules.

If they don’t get a points deduction this ffp thing is dead in the water cause wendy and Birmingham look have ripped it to shreds..

We all know that fuck all will happen to them though.. load of bollox these ffp rules..

That's all !

He was on the flight back from Dubai to Manchester with his wife and some friends in January the day before the Preston Cup game and we were playing Villa midweek after the cup game.

He was sat directly behind me so i had a really nice chat with him about the Arsenal away game in the cup down at Highbury and he also had a lot of positive comments about Wilder. He also mentioned when Villa were two up in 10 mins at Villa Park earlier in the season, how he then thought they'd go on and get a hatful... only for us to come back and draw.

Really nice bloke and wished us well in the cup the following day.

It would be a shame for him to be so desperate for money to go and manage a former teams rival.

The perfect Xmas gift for the Wednesday fan in your life:-

“Bright red blood on the knife blade.
The knife in my hand.
Duffy’s dead body stretched out on the locker room floor…

And with such drama, begins STRIKER! The first novel by footballer, manager and actual published novelist, Steve Bruce. Written in the first person, Striker puts the reader in the shoes of Steve Barnes, manager of Leddersford Town, a small but historic club hoping to rise to the Premiership from English football’s second tier.

But there’s trouble afoot!

Barnes finds young Irish striker Pat Duffy stabbed to death in the changing room and, becoming suspected of the murder, spends the rest of the book struggling to clear his name. In an odd move, he decides to do so by solving the case on his own, despite (a) the police already being involved, (b) being himself a suspect and (c) his having neither the expertise, training, nor free time available to investigate a murder. ETC

He learned his trade with us. In particular he learned how to jump ship when things looked bad, or looked far better elsewhere. The lad has done well out of it. He'll surely not be daft enough to board HMS Pisstheleague and think he can do owt there though? If so, he'll need to have a lifeboat ready in about 6 months time.

Wouldn’t be the first time he’s done it though. It’s a job he has no affinity to us them Brum or Villa does he?

Lifestyle to maintain eh. Lives in Cheshire now.

Always thought Bruce was a decent manager always done a solid job everywhere
The way villa fans treated him after his mum and dad died in the space of a month was disgraceful.

Man deserves a lot of respect man united captain and very decent manager.

Tho he is a piglet
