If I’m saying it, he must be playing pretty well. Cos I’ve been much less than kind about him.

Was outstanding today, and much more effective (again) than O’Hare.

Perhaps should’ve passed to JRS but you can’t begrudge him a shot after working a chance.

Looked very lively these past few and his link up has been great. He’s got that explosive acceleration that can take him away from defenders and playing in these pockets is really suiting him.

Give the lad the start he deserves against Luton and then a few games after. He will never get going without a run of games.

If he’s still not done anything after that, fine - but you have to give him a chance. And I think he’s earned that.

And as for anyone who suggests he hasn’t played pretty well in his last few appearances, or that he’s ’running his contract down’ you’re simply letting your anti-Brewster bias cloud your judgement.

We literally all want this to turn out well, and he’s doing his very fucking best. And it might, might, just be good enough… very impressive for me tonight.

Hasn’t scored for 2 years
And most of it he’s spent out injured.

Mcburnie hadn’t scored for well over a year before his Luton goal and ended up being key to promotion.

I’m not saying he’s the saviour, but he definitely has earned a shot.

If you work your bollocks off this club has always rewarded you. And that shouldn’t stop because he cost xx millions of pounds.

If you think that was very impressive then you're letting your pro-Brewster bias cloud your judgement.

He did okay, nothing more, nothing less.

Wilder doesn't trust him to start, that's why he went with Campbell tonight.

Whether that's largely because of his injury record or not we don't know.

My pro-Brewster bias? You might wanna search my posts for Brewster pal 😂😂

Nobody on the pitch tonight was, "very impressive", certainly not Brewster who only played 20 minutes.

Moore will be back in against Luton.
I’m not suggesting starting him instead of Moore. Again, like I wasn’t last time we spoke about this. 😂😂😂

Not a big fan of Brewster but he did well tonight. However as somebody pointed out previously he is probably best continuing the role he has rather than starting and missing the rest of the season. O'Hare does need dropping but if move hamer in there or change system altogether.

There's a chance Wilder might start Moore and Brewster.

I wouldn't hold your breath though.
He hasn’t played upfront at all in the league he’s played in the positions behind the striker.

He may well have another sub appearance on Saturday and I’m not going to sit crying if that’s the case. I just think he’s playing well and working his bollocks off and that shouldn’t stop be rewarded.

Will a start result in an injury? Possibly. But so could these sub apps for half hour.

Played well tonight, should have played Rak-Sakyi in but other than that I thought he did well. Would only start him if we were going to play him with Moore though.

You're letting your anti-Brewster bias cloud your judgement.

He was unlucky with the shot from distance and breathed some life into a team that looked disturbingly lacklustre.

Wilder trusts him enough to play him in certain situations, more than he trusts you.

His injury record kills careers, thankfully he's still got the nads to keep fighting.

Don't see what's unlucky about hitting a shot wide but okay.

I thought Burrows looked very good.

Burrows was probably the pick of the bunch but I'd still be reluctant to pick anyone out as being very impressive.

It was an ugly game of football, came alive a bit in the second half but nobody will ever be revisiting this one for another watch.

Are we on about the guy who shot and missed the target by yards instead of playing in he winger for a 1on1? He’s definitely getting there but Campbell and Brewster did nothing tonight to say there much better than Moore.

If O’Hare is injured - he looked like he was limping at the end, the I can see Brewdog coming in.

Can't begrudge him taking the shot. Thought he looked decent decent but it's not enough to be starting and aside from that I really think we should take our time with him. We'll need him as a sub just for lack of numbers up top and if history has taught us anything it's not to rush him into the side.

That's right, you don't see anything good about him so your judgement is clouded. Thank you for confirming 👍

I'm not anti Brewster, I tipped him to do well many times in the past but he never did.

I've never been 'anti' any Sheffield United player, even the ones who plainly weren't good enough to play for us.

You've made the statement that his shot was somehow unlucky.

What did luck have to do with it?

Fucking hell, you've morphed into Tina Turner...

It was the right decision to shoot - he was central whereas JRS was wide. If you’ve got a striker who’d pass up that opportunity then I’d worry about their decision making and confidence.
