Is it still being maintained to the level it was when the club bought it?

The pitch area in front of the pavilion is being taken up now and machines are levelling i presume ready for the drainage and then the Desso pitch!

Should never have got rid of the pavilion. If money were no object, I'd love to see the ground developed in a way that at least gives some hint to its historical value... or just looks nice. I'm always envious of Villa Park and Craven Cottage's facades when I see them.

Isn’t that where Wendy’s new mega massive stadium is going to be built? Will be the beating heart of Hillsborough and minuscule businesses like Morrisons will just have to make way for the massive.

When a club feels like they need to close a stand for an FA cup game…They certainly don’t need a ground expansion.

Just read that Leeds have 26k supporters on the season ticket waiting list, so they're expanding their stadium to respond to existing demand, rather than expanding their stadium in the hope it'll increase demand.

It keeps popping up on social media that the pigs will be expanding to 53,000 capacity (surely not big enough)😂 . The 30,000 useable seats at Bramall lane is not enough we need to be closer to a 40k stadium. You can't really compare us to one club cities like Leeds and Sunderland.

A capacity of 53000 will certainly impress the other teams in the Northern Premier League.

I hear this so often when we have some of the most expensive season tickets in the Championship. Think we are 5th most expensive.

Stoke City haven’t had an increase in season tickets for 18 (eighteen) consecutive seasons.

Out ST price only seems good because our match day prices are so high, think we’re the 4th highest match price in the EFL. When you think it was £42+£1 booking fee in most areas for matches against Stoke and Hull this season. Was £36+ £1 booking fee on the Kop.
Stoke are owned by a gazillionaire and can afford to drop a few quid on tickets

The new Birmingham stadium was certainly an eye opener. At first I was like WTF but then grew to like it. And gives food for thought on the different ways we could go with any expansion.

Leeds having a 26k ST waiting list sounds a bit off. Do they only sell a certain amount of season tickets?

Football has grown in popularity a lot over the past 20 years. I reckon we could get close to 40k if we had any sustained success in the PL.

Though the same internet says we have a 20000 waiting list for season tickets.

Maybe this AI thing is not all it's cracked up to be..
