Probably they plan a full Kop rebuild at some point, in which case why chuck any more money on remedial work to the one we've got.
Who knows. Would there be an additional cost or would that be the first piece of the Jigsaw in the Kop development?! Essentially a part payment. Bettis said it'd cost 10-15 million and that it'd take one pre season to complete. At the time the club still had the Kop redevelopment plans in place.
I guess Bettis has announced the intention to have a part redevelopment today, although I acknowledge the financial pressures that inform the rationale for doing so.
