No he wasn't, and praise be to all the saints that he would never be. We'll be be happy with Micky Adams and a sponsorship from Hendo's, and those who are ungrateful should shut their curtains and be made to wait for the paper for enjoyment.

RS this morning quoted the sources close to Speed, says he has concerns about what is happening in the background at BL, and may not want the job as he will have no extra budget, and won't be able to increase the size off the squad. Still can't understand why he hasn't been named in temporary charge, that's usually the 1st thing a club does when a manager leaves.
