Inb4 fair play/good luck to the lad I wish him all the best for the future.

Will forever be grateful for the goal he scored against Southampton, IMO he was worth his transfer fee and wages for that alone.

And of course for throwing his training shirt into the crowd at Northampton which I retrieved :D

Good luck sparkey, hope you have a great career wherever that might be, what ever else you are part of our history

I remember our last rain sodden match at Crawley where we got a pen late on. Sparky showed some guts by grabbing the ball and smashing the the ball into the net at a time when the rest of the team didn't look like they could be arsed with playing. The rest is another story. Good luck lad and go easy on the booze.

Drop the entourage, work harder, listen more, drink less, sort the hair out, lose the shoulderwear, ease up on sugary snacks.

Do that and receive a much vaunted "good luck to the lad". Until then....

:)

A player I will not miss in the slightest, glad he has finally left for good this time, wrong attitude and yes he came back and played a part in the promotion still happy to see him on his way.

Nothing against the lad but with a better attitude and work ethic he could have been here for a few years to come. Without doubt he has ability and knows where the back of the net is. He was far from the finished article though and has thrown away his best opportunity to make something of himself. Let's hope he learns from his mistakes. Good luck Sparky lad

He was young when he arrived and probably thought he had cracked it and didnt have to work hard anymore.

His hangers on wouldn't have helped either.

Good luck to you in your next step and knuckle down next time Marc!!

Nailed on for Portsmouth i bet.

I always felt he would turn a corner at some point and prove to be a success with us, but three managers saw it differently. Not so bothered what the other two thought but when it didn't happen for him with Wilder either that had to be the end for him here. I know some Bantam fans and they never rated him either. I wish him well though, maybe Pompey beckons?

Pretty much what everyone else has covered, wish the lad well, but left thinking about what could have been for him. Goal against Newcastle in pre-season a couple of years ago (July 15?) showed what he was about & what he could have been here!

I think McNults might be reflecting on a missed opportunity, he has got something but for some reason it never worked out for him since coming to England. Good luck to him he might do better by dropping his hangers on.

Did well under Clough, then lost his way, would be good to see him stay locally, Chesterfield, Donny, Rotherham.

By his own admission, disappointing season for him, but probably learnt a lot from this season and just needs to get a new club and knuckle down again.

Pity he never managed to step it up again after that first season

He does seem to like the night life with his mates from back home etc but on the other hand that shows he doesn't forget his roots and he seems a decent lad, Wilder mentioned him several times as been a good pro in respect to not featuring and not sulking. He's been unlucky in that we signed a better similar forward in Billy and ever since then, as with Done too, Billy is best suited to someone different to himself such as a bigger guy to play off like Hanson or Clarke or maybe someone with pace and McNulty isn't blessed with blistering pace. Billy has also been a revelation and made one of the top two places his own.

A good move would be to a smaller League Two or One club that sees him as the main man and I can see him bagging 15 goals or so next season. I wish him all the best.

Best of luck towd Sparky.

In the spirit of togetherness fostered by Our Lord Wilder, I take back all the bad things I've said about you (and your draped jumper) in the past.

P.S. In a way, McNults was a pioneer. The drinking culture he established is now thriving.
