And thats the point, last time he was here on loan Leicester were in the Premier League and probably subsidised his wages. If they let him go they will be wanting all his wages off their wage bill whether its a sale or a loan.

They’ve probably reached that depressing post-promotion stage where they realise how outrageously expensive it is to even just retain the loan players.

Rushdon is a good keep but he’s scarcely kicked a ball in the top flight, if at all, and he’ll set them back 20m. That in itself only gets them on parity with last season’s team and it’s just one position.

I suspect Cov will go in the foreign market a fair bit. But like Sunderland did. But Sunderland spent more than what id expect from Cov.
