A message from the grave Blades fans Southend away now going to be played Saturday 7th January Merry Christmas UTB

That's just great.

First we're robbed of 3 points against a Walsall side who were hopeless at the time, and now we could have to play Southend when they're bang in form.

That's good for me in that I can go, but as Ricky pointed out above, very typical.

They've just signed Zavon Hines too. Although I'm not sure when Ranger's court case is.

Zavon Hines has been ravaged with injuries, not the player he was.

Which means he'll bag a hat trick against us.

6 goals in 33 games over 3 years for Dagenham. I'm not concerned about Hines. Just googled Ranger to see what he was in court for. What an absolute bellend he is. People take issue with Ched resuming his career when we've got filth like Ranger playing at this level:-

Legal history[edit]
In 2007, at the age of 15, he was sentenced to 11 weeks in a Young Offenders Institute after being convicted of participating in street robbery in Muswell Hill, London.

In May 2011 Ranger was questioned by Newcastle after posing with a replica gun in a photograph.
[39]

On 27 August 2011 he was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a man in Newcastle city centre, leaving the victim unconscious in the street. Ranger was subsequently dropped to Newcastle United's reserve team. He was found not guilty of the charge in October 2012.
[40]

In October 2011 he was charged with being
drunk and disorderly in Newcastle's Cathedral Square. The charge came only days after Ranger had been reinstated to Newcastle United's first-team training after a three-month exile in the club's reserves.[41]

In March 2012, he was fined by
The FA for making homophobic comments on social networking website Twitter.[42]

In the early hours of 23 September 2012, police were called to a house in
Enfield, north London after reports of a disturbance. The front door of the property was badly damaged and Ranger was arrested at the scene and later charged with criminal damage.[43] The charge against Ranger was dropped that November after the court accepted his explanation that he had damaged the door after fearing his girlfriend was being kidnapped.[44]

On 25 January 2013, Ranger was arrested on suspicion of rape in a Newcastle hotel room.
[45] In connection with the same alleged offence, Ranger was charged with rape on 8 July 2013.[46] On 4 March 2014 he was cleared of the charge at Newcastle Crown Court.[47]

On 14 March 2013, Ranger was charged with common assault after an incident in Newcastle city centre.
[48]

On 23 March 2014, Ranger was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage to a taxi in Liverpool.
[49] He later pleaded guilty to criminal damage and was fined £1,000 and was ordered to pay compensation to the taxi driver for breaking a window. Ranger said that he was enraged by being called a rapist by the driver.[6]

On 28 April 2014 Ranger was charged with criminal damage after an incident at a block of flats in Swindon on 13 April.
[50] He was later fined for damage to the door of his flat in relation to this incident which was captured on CCTV, in an incident where he additionally appeared to strike his female companion three times on the face.[7]

In May 2014, Ranger was found not guilty of being drunk in charge of his vehicle, after being found asleep in the driver's seat of his car on the
M4 motorway.[51]

In December 2016, Ranger was charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering, in respect of offences alleged to have been committed in February 2015.

One wrongful rape conviction against that lot.... hmmm, it's pretty close to be fair. At least when you factor in that Ranger has never played for Sheffield United.

Wow, someone has actually had a bit of common sense! Fleetwood game is postponed so they move one of the long distance Tuesday night games and play that instead. I have to say, well done to whoever decided to do this.

This can't have happened many times before surely? One league game is postponed so a game scheduled for later in the season, on a Tuesday night, is brought forward to fill the gap?

Never mind that.

We need the team news. :)

We need to bang 'em out to take some air out of their balloon, I don't want them in the play-offs.

Have we got Sky's permission to do this in view of their intervention last season?

You can just picture the scene at Sky Sports HQ:

Sky Sports Geek - Wow boss, I see that Southend United and Sheffield United have used their initiative and sense to bring a game forward from an evening kick off in February and they're going to play on a Saturday afternoon, 7 January, 3pm kick off.
Sky Sports Manager - You what? Are you taking the piss?
SSG - No boss, they're both out of the FA Cup so surely....
SSM - I don't give a flying fuck. This was one of the games where we we've made emergency plans to inconvenience those nasty, SISU supporting Sheffielders after their antics at Coventry last week.
SSG - How do you mean sir?
SSM - We took a vote in the Boardroom last night to let the Blades fans make travel plans for Southend, book time off work, make arrangements to put their spouses, kids and pets into care, buy their tickets and book hotel rooms etc. Just like last season remember?
SSG - Vaguely sir.
SSM - Then, we were going to announce that we're telling the English Football League yet again to go fuck themselves as we will be televising the game and putting it back 48 hours to Thursday night, seeing as it worked so well last week. That'll show those northern monkeys not to oppose any protest by fans of Coventry City ever again.

SSG - Sir?
SSM - yes lad?
SSG - Sky really are a bunch of fuckin idiots aren't they?.........................

[52]

Funny that there is a money laundering charge against him, I used to work in a bookies on London road and this C*nt was constantly pressing a button on the Roulette machine that was driving me insane so I shouted fucking gee oar with that for fucks sake or ill kick thee aat. Turns out it was Nile Ranger, he looked a right Nob Ead n all.

Its common knowledge that drug dealers and money launderers use them to "Clean" their money cos you can give it the old "won it in bookies copper". we actually had some rozzers asking after a bloke for that very reason. Weren't ranger though.

He is a class a bell end though.

Holiday Inn booked for £60.

The glamour of a trip to the Essex seaside in the first week of January is far too tempting to pass up.
I presume you will be going on your own Linz :-)

Surprising news to move it to a date which is quite soon. But far better for me as it means not having to use holiday days at work.
