At 5:00 on the footage, a Scunthorpe defender goes down after a collision on the edge of the box. As the attack continues he gets up and trots back to the penalty spot. The ball goes dead. Right in front of the referee, he then sat down in the box and the ref delayed play and called on the trainer. This is the same referee who had earlier demanded that Coutts leave the pitch and booked him when he didn't.
