So who's not bothered now?

Unless they get drawn against each other of course. FA heating the balls again?
Well, there's two possibilities. One is that every member of the FA, every referee, every linesman, is corrupt and can easily be bought; the other is that the 86% chance of them being kept apart has come true. How would anyone in their right mind think that Shearer can be bribed to favour Man United and screw over Blackburn?

Better to be silent and thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Regardless of whether we have a chance to win it or not , this cup run net us around £2.75m in prize money and TV if we beat Blackburn and go no further, that's not including gate receipts from 3 home games, plus a semi final,

A lot of talk about tonight's game being hindrance and people not bothered about the cup.
I that still the case?
One game from Wembley?

COME ON!
Tactically it was spot on resting started with a team with both eyes on Saturday and changed it when we went for it in the last 20/25 minutes
Almost lost Sander and Ndiaye took a knock on the ankle but it worked
Still not a priority this comp tho’ but a very welcome side interest excellent use of the squad

Still not overly bothered but now we have a path to the semis and likely a 1 in 4 chance of playing Brighton if we get there.

And I don't think Man U or Man City going through is a given. Kompany back at City is a story.

I'd still happily lose if it means we definitely go up.

By me there's a hill that I can see the wembley arch from. For much of last season I would look at it and think "maybe the play off final if we are lucky"

Now I have a few weeks of maybe the fa cup final.

Make sure you beat Blackburn. Burnley will certainly lose to Man city, just like we did in the cups in 17-18, 18-19, and 20-21, and I can't stand the thought of them lot getting to Wembley and us not.

To win the game and make 8 changes was fantastic, the FA cup games are some of the most enjoyable home games so far this season for me.

One in three, we can't draw ourselves...

You know I was joking right?

People keep saying we're not going to win it, and we're probably not. But wouldn't exactly be the first upset ever in football history.

Life's funny, when you've got other priorities, and don't want something as desperately as the other teams, things have a habit of falling your way...

Spurs will have wanted it badly tonight, not so much for us....
So basically, we're winning the FA Cup!!!🤷‍♂️😁

ive always tonight is why i will never understand people who want to "dont care" about the fa cup & wanted to throw the millwall game. some of my favourite memories are in this competition. why you wouldnt want to be in fa cup is beyond me
Because if we don't go up we're fucked?

It's not about not caring about the FA Cup but we've thrown away promotion before on cup runs
