So... how are we all feeling, 20 hours away (from destiny)?

Dont know bout all of you but the nerves are getting to me already. Rival banter is strong but surprisingly, its all in our favour. I want to believe but can we do this? Can we after all those dark days in league 1 do this and go to the promised land?

Hes not with me anymore, but my grandad would be so chuffed with what wilder has done and can imagine he'll be somewhere looking down tomorrow cheering us on.

Can we do this?

Feels like 71 this time, the team is excellent.
Bassetts was a dream and seemed unreal.
Warnocks was a good effort but I never thought we could push on like I do now.

We play at our best we should win comfortably... But then Leeds said that against Wigan..

Ipswich being relegated already gives us a huge advantage, get a couple in front first half and they may cave.

I Just hope the stormy weather doesn’t turn it into a lottery

I have been on this site reading every thread and doing nothing but thinking about the game since Monday. It's becoming an obsession, I may need help

This time tomorrow I want to be absolutely pissed and in that good a mood I give the wife my credit card with here you are love treat yourself to some online shopping :D

Anybody worried? What about this hurricane that's about to fuck it all up?

Tired and about to go bed as I’m at work at daft o’clock in the morning.

I’m reasonably calm and pragmatic about it all, I’m reasonably confident we are good enough to beat Ipswich, and I’m also equally as confident in the ability of a Wilder to coax a winning performance from the players and to send them out with the right mindset not to be paralysed by nerves and fear.

A small part of me fears what might not go in favour tomorrow, but that is the painful disappointments I’ve lived through watching United in the past leaving mental scars but if the worst happens I guess I’ll have to deal with it.

Feels like Christmas eve !! Gonna pub with mates at 2.30 then onto the match , take every minute in as it will fly by ,

I wasn't up until this afternoon and now I'm very nervous. I've been repeatedly checking the weather forecast and according to BBC it's going to be wind and rain all day from early morning tomorrow in Sheffield sometimes heavy rain. Are the Gods not appeh? I foresaw bright sunshine like last weekend and a comfortable three or four goal win. Now with bad conditions for football there's an element of uncertainty. Hopefully we can get an early goal.

Pretty much this. Logically we know we should beat Ipswich...if it was a dead rubber match for us we'd be debating by how many we were going to win.

But the scars are there for all blades after years of false dawns and last minute crushing disappointments. Hopefully a few of those will be healed this time tomorrow.

Can think of nothing more. Need to be up at 4.30 am to head to the airport. Will hardly sleep a wink because of this mixture of nerves and excitement.

This is our play off final so I'm nervous. I just hope the weather doesn't make things level out a bit. My head and my heart says a win for us though.

I'm nervous as hell but come KO Im gonna make as much noise as I ever have done at a game and be 100% positive.

After the Brentford - Leeds result, like a few people I immediately got carried away in the excitement of it all. It wasn't until the next day that it dawned on me that we still have a game to go out and win, and this isn't a forgone conclusion.

On that token, I must admit I am a bit nervous. I haven't thought about a United game as intensely as I have this one, in a very long time.

Lots has been said on social media on here, but what's really important is what Wilder and the players think. I have every faith they will be professional enough to play the game and not necessarily the occasion, and get the job done.

What's also important to remember is that whatever happens this weekend, we still have a second chance next week if we don't do it. We don't want to go to Stoke needing a result, but it's all still very much in our hands (barring a ridiculous swing in goal difference....)

Come on you red and white wizards!

Today isn’t our only chance.

1. We can win today
2. We can draw today and Leeds draw with Villa
3. Leeds can lose to Villa
4. We can beat Stoke
5. We can draw with Stoke and Leeds draw with Villa

Any one of those 5 things happening and we go up... and I have assumed that Leeds always beat Ipswich.

So today isn’t shit or bust - but a win today and Blackburn getting something from Norrrridge and May 5 can become a very special day.
