You however have admitted to fabricating the truth on this very forum, presumably aiding and sparking TA's opinion.

I 'm sure you realise yourself that in order to persue a case of libel, the comment or opinion you object to has to be seen as defamatory or damaging. Given that you have already admitted to fabricating the truth on one occaision, I'd imagine its hardly defamatory to comment on that. I'd also suggest its very difficult to claim such an opinion is damaging.

Making statements on the motives/practises of the public figures and professionals you have on the other hand could quite easily fall under that bracket, opinion or not.

If you do want to initiate a libel claim against TA let me know though, given that I could also be involved, having hosted said content

It would be hard to claim your reputation has been damaged when little more of you is known than your alias.

However, if Mr McCabe is indeed reading and would like full logs and IP addresses for those posting defamatory comments calling his reputation into question, I feel in this case I would only be too pleased to cooperate.

Having tried to read through a million and one of these No Ambition/Robson was rubbish/We've signed crap/McCabe is useless threads, there are several things that are becoming apparent.

Beightonblade won't ever be happy with who we sign, how big the crowd gets, who manages the team, and who owns the club. If we win the UEFA Cup he'll moan like hell that this proves we haven't got the ambition, and should be competing in the Champion's League. If we get in the Champion's League and don't win it at the first go, the vitriol coming from his direction will be never ending.
He is perfectly entitled to moan about whatever the hell he likes - it's a free country, just, and as such he is entitled to his opinion. Just as those who disagree with him are entitled to theirs.

(Any nasty and personal abuse is pointless, and makes you look silly. And means you may well have a small nob, and issues that stem from that.)

We know that said member doesn't like Robson, McCabe, Robinson, any of the players Robson signed, the new hotdogs, Coke Zero, Kevin Blackwell, pink jelly babies, and being nice to people. He does however love big red typeface.

We can also surmise that certain posters will never agree.

Not seen him play recently no, every player has potential and has to have the chance to show it.
Too many people judge players on heresay (not herasy! ) and don't give them chance from the off, give this lad a season learning in training and with the reserve team and he may show his true potential, rush him and throw him in at the deep end and he may end up ruined and just a bit part player.

Make sure you have have him as Target Man & PLAY BALL TO HIS HEAD

You also need to start him regular so dont bother if your a PM league team or need promotion to the PL. He needs lots of games!
