See from reading a few tweets that he had the lads in on Sunday morning.

Scougs: "Always easier going to training on a Sunday after a win #UTB"

Edgar: "I've been in a week @SUFC_tweets and I have to say the tunes in the gym have been on absolute fire."

Brayford: "Great see the Boys buzzin this mornin after yesterday..full singalong on the bikes!!dj brayford on the decks."

DJ Brayford lol :D

Let's hope the atmosphere in the dressing room continues to be a good one, Adkins seems to be the right man to achieve this.

I wonder if Adkins was chucking some shapes out :)

Have you been to the Blades gym on a Sunday morning?

Our Nigel does his Sunday morning Motown Blades medley...complete with full Tamla co-ordinated dance moves

Reach out I will be there....
Standing in the shadows of love....
Whats become of the broken hearted.....

Any other Motown lyrics that sum up the S2 revolution?

After I've played footy on a Saturday morning, I'm physically dead till at least Monday. Couldn't face the gym on Sunday.

It'll probably be a recovery session, with playing Tuesday as well.

It's interesting to note that they are doing gym work, Clough certainly didn't use strength and conditioning and relied on the players themselves keeping on top of this side of things.

Potentially it could be just players turning in for a gym/ spin bike session to get the lactate out of their legs so they're fresh for a decent training session on Monday.

During the playoffs Baxter was had up for stoned love and missed the games. After the play-offs everyone was devastated and you could see the tracks of my tears. Clough turned on the supporters and asked "didn't you know you'd have to cry sometime", but he was helpless when he was sacked. Clough got a couple of texts -"don't leave me this way" said Coutts,"Who's the fool ?" said Collins.

Everything at the club was a ball of confusion. "What's going on ?" we all asked. Big Jim Phipps had to shop around for a decent manager.Adkins said "I'm the one you need" and after a couple of meetings told the club "Signed, sealed delivered I'm yours". Nigel got his feet under the table and told Lee Turnbull, "come to me" and he did. Louis Reed got a new contract and proclaimed, "You've really got a hold on me".

Nigel met the fans and told them it was a case of "River deep mountain high" this season as the Division is tough to get out of. New players were needed and the forum went into meltdown with people saying "I heard it through the grapevine". Adkins told Sharp "I want you back" and he came. The search for a defender was like a needle in a haystack. The season kicked off and everyone said "Let's get it on" but a disaster at Gillingham got everyone "uptight".

Nigel apologised but the fans said "Actions speak louder than words" and he delivered with Edgar signing before the Morecombe game. Then a thunderbolt struck as Murphy said he wanted away. "Don't leave me this way" said the Blades to a man but leave he did on the eve of the Chesterfield game. The fans were devastated and cried out "My whole world ended the moment you left me". The anger grew before the game and there were signs of war. But events took a turn during the Chesterfield game and Che strode across the desso pitch like a Colossus. The anger dissipated and relief spread through the crowd, "Heaven must have sent you" they cried.

9.75/10 Cyprus.....Don't leave me this way is a Philadelphia Int lyric by Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff first recorded by Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes plus (just to be picky :)) River Deep Mountain High although recorded by the Four Tops/Supremes combo the lyrics are by Phil Spector and first recorded by Ike and Tina Turner.
I think there is also a case for me to be placed in the Twats thread for this response;);)

Standing ovation for that mate.

I wonder if JB is required to turn up despite being injured. If not it really underlines his commitment and he must be great to have around. I'd fancy a lie in myself.

I think he's probably just starting his rehab, light weights and physio, so perhaps if the team are in on a Sunday it's good for him to be training with the lads rather than on his own.

True, I guess he can do stuff which doesn't affect his leg.

He can probably do both, building the muscles up around the knee, some balance work and static biking. Current philosophy seems to be getting the leg moving as soon as possible, so he's probably been in the gym since the swelling went down
