Sky kick off times getting ridiculous

I know I'm old fashioned, and in a few years people will look back and see 3pm Sat kick-offs as 'just another kick-off time' but 7pm on a Sunday evening?
The Premier league product continues to be dominated by money and removing itself from the normal working class game that many of a similar age will remember since being a kid.
Even Saturday night kick-offs are bad enough. Saturdays should be for having tea with the fam after the match and then wandering down to the newsagents.
Chuck in the generation game, a helping of Morecambe and Wise before a few ales down the club and back for MOTD and Parkinson and that was enough.
Sunday evening football? Even if you're not a Songs of Praise fan, it just aint right.
Heathen Spawn of the Devil !
S of P is on early afternoon
I’ll wager you’re also a member of the “anti - growth coalition”
Country’s gone to the dogs I tell you

I don’t see the problem. If there’s football on it gives me the option to watch football if I so wish. I don’t get why it bothers people so much.
Aye
Guess you don’t travel far to get to games &/or rely on public transport &/or have other commitments to (re) arrange.
eg Day trip to Fulham last season became Overnight stay + 2 days off work + additional 30 odd quid on train fare

Bonus for those who like their clubs to have lots of money, tv viewers and bookies.

Shit for Norwich fans actually wanting to see the game live.

It's all about the money, it's called progress.

I go to every game. Married with two kids. Doesn’t bother me. United games or others.

Aren’t you the fortunate one !
Any chance of a lift next time I’m inconvenienced ?
Cov a week on Wednesday is a bit of a pisser for me
I can likely get to Scotch Corner Services for say 14:00?
No way of getting home from there @ 02:00 mind, so I’d need you to take me all the way back to Sunderland if that’s ok with you (& the wife & the kids)
Thanks awfully

The problem appears to be that you live in Sunderland.

United's home fixture against Cardiff City next month has been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports.

Subsequently, the clash against the Bluebirds on Saturday 15th April will now be a 12.30pm kick-off.
