Not for me. Ramsdale is still an a young pro. We need an experienced back up I feel.
If it wasn't for the beef between the two clubs, I'd go for Randolph at West Ham, considering next season hart and Adrian will be in front of him, but they'll probably charge us a ridiculous amount for him. And don't see McCabe or prince putting there hands in there pockets

Gone to Middlesboro today for big wonga

Shame, coz he would be sort of keeper I'd won't. But just seen he's gone for 5 million. And I can't even see us spending a million near mind 5
It's not just the transfer fee. It's the wages. If he's been on PL wages he will presumably be on at least £20k per week and probably more. So that's £1 mill a year on top of any transfer fee plus signing on plus agents fees and it would blow our wage scale out of the water. That's why we won't be buying him.

Strange that our keeper is Eastwood while Wendy's is Westwood!

So our young keeper shares the same surname as a mega cool Hollywood star who rode into town and blew all the bad guys away. A man who if he asked you too, you would instantly apologise to his mule if you had been daft enough to laugh at it...

The Wendy's keeper shares the same name as a woman fashion designer, and probably does a nice line in handbags.

Fair to say on cool keeper names...the Blades have won this early derby skirmish. I suppose it has always been the case that the Blades are just naturally cool as fuk, and the wendies a bunch of Dwyane Dibleys - packing a nylon cagoule, bad acne, dandruff, jesus sandals, and a train spotters timetable in their top pocket.

There's a lot better out there than Moore.
Like who, chris wilder is not looking for the most expensive goalkeepers, but dependable ones you can rely on to perform well under pressure. And unless ive got things wrong thats exactly what moore did last season.

Eastwood is a suburb of Rotherham, Westwood is a suburb of LA

He talks of San Francisco, he's from Hunter's Bar
I don't quite know the distance
But I'm sure that's far
Yeah I'm sure it's pretty far
And yeah, I'd love to tell you all my problem
You're not from New York City, you're from Rotherham

That song is about one of the Arctics' piggy mates - FACT

Take your shit songs elsewhere.

Medial ligament damage suspected but NOT yet confirmed. If so looking at up to 6 months.
Wilder not happy about how transfers are dragging. Suggestions of penny pinching.
Good source on this.

I forgot how much I genuinely can't stand Wednesday fans.

Bunch of filthy dog botherers.

Quelle Surprise!

Well so much for the significant funds being released once The Championship was reached.

Gutting about Moore.

And I were one mekking jokes in shoutbox about how he was due to have an op on Wendy... no, I do not have the lottery numbers either :(

NOT confirmed, but to repeat, the source is good or I wouldn't post this. Concerning about possible issues on signings as well.
Im a huge sceptic of our board but take no pleasure if this is true,wanted/want our board to play the right way with Wilder after what he's done in no time.

Hopefully it'll be a kick up the arse though if it is confirmed. Good that we have the Stoke game for Eastwood to have a good challenge though in the meantime.

No problem with Eastwood starting against Stoke, but to go into the new season with only a rookie would be suicide.

Absolutely agree, but should the worst happen and we can't get a new GK in in time it'd be worse to go in with a rookie that had only played with the first team for seventy odd minutes.

Wilder needs to get his bat out and threaten Kev's kneecaps.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if true about Moore. Posted the other day that I didn't like the way he was indicating to the physio that the issue was in the back of his knee.

As for the board I don't know the facts, but it wouldn't surprise if you're right.

Paying Brayford and Moore for months to sit on their arse, or play for someone else maybe in the former's case, will be a huge financial burden.

At least people will be able to trot out the Blades curse bollocks.

Forget about the midfield / Striker / winger signing now and forget about a top ten finish.

A decent first choice keeper needs the cash splashing on, it's the most important position on the field, we can't afford to get it wrong, we did with Simmo and it cost us our place in The Championship last time.

Snatch your hand off if you offered me a 21st place finish now.

Got the academy to pay for, some other clubs need some future internationals.

He wouldn't be out for six months with medial ligament damage. 4-6 weeks tops.

I did my medial ligament (MCL) a few years ago... it's not half as bad as foing you ACL (anterior).

I was out for just over a month but obviously some are worse than others.

MCL are easier to recover from, I was told, because it's your ligaments on the sides of your knee, so you can start walking quickly and do moderate exercise on them. ACL is back and front so it's a lot harder to recover as you need those ligaments to bend your knee to walk
