If so, I'd rather Eastwood start over the Blackman because of what I've read about him from Wycombe fans in the View From.

I think the first part was right, but recalled him being cagey about the time out (and that they didn't know yet). Whatever comment was said it was made before Blackman was signed – I think he's the more likely to start the season.

Fair comment and a great endorsement for Eastwood. Can't see it happening though as Blackman had a full season last erm... season in League 2. Chelsea wouldn't have lent him to sit on the bench with Eastwood in goal, but great for Eastwood that he has impressed you so much. I mean that. Promising for the future.

So , in summary , neither the scan result / diagnosis , nor the prognosis have been released by the Club - that strikes me as odd - CW is normally fairly open with injuries - I hope to goodness it's not a freak end to his career , poor lad.

Fair play to him when he played for Huddersfield he was quality.. he scored four goals I think in one match at shitsvill that were so well taken... I just presumed he took the penalties aswell and just bottled it that night
