So my wonderful 11 year old niece is down from Scotland.
She loves the Blades and wares the shirt she has with pride and gives it to the Celtic and Rangers fans brilliantly to make them all jealous about not being in a good league.
She like many Blades that live in other parts is a great ambassador for our club.
The problem is she has only seen good at our club and come tomorrow if things turn ugly through negativity then that will destroy her wonderful thoughts and pride in our club.
How do I tell her I cannot take her see the team she loves play?

You can. But if shes going to be a Blade then, with the greatest respect, she needs to learn that its not all sweetness and light all the time.

Unless there's a remarkable turn around in form (and with our backs against the wall, that's not out of the question) - tomorrow could undoubtedly get a bit ugly.

Perhaps mix the day up a little and show her different aspects of being a Blade - Maybe meet up with some of the Forum people at the Golden Lion who would make her welcome - A trip to the Lane Shop or the Hall of Fame - And avoid passing the car park after the match if we lose! :D

And finish off the day with a good curry - always a key part of my Blades Days!

Yes take her. Hopefully it will allow her to say I was there the day Blackwell got sacked and the club changed for the better.

How did she handle the whole Santa Claus thing Raddichio? Does she not want anything to do with Christmas now?

And how will you feel listening on the radio when we've gone 5 up....??

He's had his fill of picking on old men and now he's turned his guns on young girls. Sickening.

It's live on Radio Sheffield Digital / AM .... I know where I'll be come 3pm tomorrow.
