16-2 so far , they must be doing it on the team bus ,and Ellis must be sat with him.
Three now. And I'm not sat next to him.

He should go on the basis of that interview alone. Shocking.
If ever you have difficulty explaining the word 'mardy' to anyone, just play them that. Could have been recorded in a school playground.
Does he really think he can motivate players by telling them that the only reason they are at the club is because they were 'all that was available'? Jesus H.
Two hat indeed.
Just as a matter of interest JD, how bad would it have to get?Three now. And I'm not sat next to him.

Crikey, didn't think it'd be up at 90% (though I expect it to drop once people have had the weekend to mull over) from what I would class as a group of relatively open minded individuals (a few exceptions granted).
I voted OUT, better to get a new man in now IMO. Give the fans something to look forward to next season? An incentive to renew? What's the worse that could happen, we've (read Kevin Blackwell) has pretty much written the PO's off for this year.

I didn't go today, but I don't doubt it was rubbish. The interview wasn't clever either, but I appreciate honesty even if it should be tempered with diplomacy.
If we're in relegation trouble (we're not) and we see the players not trying (they are) then I expect the manager to be sacked.
Blackwell's teams often play grim football, but he's working in a turbulent era for the club and generally his results remain good.
If we finish the season showing no promise for future improvement, and Blackwell gets replaced, then fair enough. But we shouldn't be in the business of rotating managers mid-season - that's a last resort.
My worry is that he, or more his tactics, are in place at the time of the season ticket deadline. I'm all for a change at the end of the season, but the trouble there is that the deadline will pass with the promise of Blackwell in charge. That will be a big problem for us.

I'm refraining from voting at the minuite and sitting on the fence. However a negative team (not result) in midweek will give me a shove.
The exact problem McCabe has to deal with... Balance that consideration against the precedence the sacking would set.
There are always, and I mean al-flippin-ways, a group of fans who think they know better than the management. They won't go away even when we have a new manager. In fact, we could start the next campaign for a sacking right now...
I'm not a regular supporter and apart from Televised games I have not been to more than a handful of game over the past few seasons.
Having stated my position as an irregular supporter at the Lane I'd just like to give my opinion which is based on seeing the games I have seen, talking to friends who do go to all the games, reading comments from the Forum, listening to commentaries and listening to the Phone-ins.
I was glad to see Blackwell appointed when he was brought in to replace Robson and the way he turned things round and almost made the play-offs was to be commended.
I remembered seeing Luton beat Liverpool in a cup-tie when he was in charge and his team played some excellent football and I hoped that that would be replicated for us.
I was also under the impression that in his partnership with Warnock his coaching was behind all the innovation and imagination in our play , perhaps I was wrong.
When he was first appointed his interviews were enthusiastic and articulate but this season he has been an embarrassment to the club and the supporters.
In his first full season we reached the play-offs but apart from the Preston games the quality of the football was very unexiting and one-dimensional although we had a exceptional run of results away from home.
When he signed Cotterill. Little and Kyle Reid for this season it appeared as if he had reacted to what the supporters had been saying that we needed pace on the wings but the departure of two of these players and the non-appearance of the other has negated that although in our better performances recently he has played with men wide.
The deciding factor for me this season has been the way he has refused to accept any responsibility for the overall poor performances that have been produced and makes excuses about injuries and today criticises his players for lack of bottle when he should be apologising for sending out a team who had not been fully motivated or well coached.
I am beginning to lean toward the "Blackwell out" camp.
