Sunderland are the dirtiest side I've seen play against the Blades in quite a while.
The sending off was by the book, however the foul on McAtee should have been a straight red - disgusting foul.
There were also quite a few other nasty fouls from the Mackems.
A great 3 points, although we made hard work of what should have been an easier 3 or 4-0 win, in part mainly due to gifting them a goal from some sloppy play out from the back and also playing against 10 men.
Our first goal, a cracker by Ahamedhodziç, came just at the right time.
Our 2nd was brilliant build up play and well taken by much improved Lowe, although another shocking foul on Ndiaye in the build up was missed by the Ref.
McAtee - what a debut and some player this lad is going to be. You can see why Pep speaks highly of him.
Norwood and RND had good games as did Baldock. Berge continues to look a class act and the introduction of Khadra, well just Wow!
Ndiaye was a little quiet as was Brewster.
The biggest surprise for me was McBurnie!
He came on and was like a man possessed, like someone who knows he's got something to prove, which he has!
What we need to see is consistency.....and goals!
Early days and up to 4th.
Blackburn up next!
