Don’t worry about Coventry they have many more reasons to worry about us
Don’t worry at all !
I am moving into the digital age and see from the notes about digital tickets that “Your mobile pass will automatically update for every Premier League game “
No need to play any more matches as it is sorted !!

You need to win to keep the pressure up on Leeds and Burnley. We're 2 points ahead of 6th. Bristol City are away to Burnley and have a difficult run in.

Before our last game we had a run of 3 games against teams in the top 4. I would have settled for 3 points. We got 3 points from the first game. Of course it would be nice to get a point or 3 from our game but unless Bristol City win at Burnley we will still be in the top 6. I fancy our chances to get something from our game at home to Burnley next week. We also have Bristol City v WBA coming up.

Worry was when Lampard took over and we were just above the relegation zone. Anything that happens this season is a bonus.
Rubbish 🤣 your squad should be in the top 6, you were just massively underachieving. A large amount of your fans fancied a top 2 push before a ball is kicked. All this ‘anything is a bonus’ is just a gimmick.

When you reach November and you're in a relegation battle you certainly don't expect to be in the top 6 by March. But it has taken top 2 form to get us there. I don't know anyone that expected us to win 10 out of 12 games.

a lot depends on whether we turn up on the night a middlesborough type of performance and we win a hull city type of performance and we lose fancy a draw for this one 2 - 2

We're exactly the same. Look at our last 2 games. Lost 2-0 to Derby. Won 3-0 to Sunderland. The Derby result was a bit unexpected. We were on a run of 9 wins out of 10. The defeat was to Leeds.

I'd be happy to take a point now. Would set us up nicely for the visit of Burnley next week. Getting a point in both games should be enough for us to finish 5th. These next 2 games are a good test for us. Beating lower down teams/teams we have gone past doesn't tell you a lot. Sunderland are awful.

We were edging close to relegation under Robins.

There's no one who genuinely thought we'd be 5th/6th, even in the first week of January where we were utterly hopeless.

The Norwich game was the one for me. 1-0 up at 90 minutes. I turned around to my son and said at least we won't lose this game. We lost.

No disrespect meant but we don't have a lot to worry about. Draw maximum expectation from this game. We're only after a playoff place. We should be good enough to finish 5th whatever happens in our next 2 games.

Can't see Leeds not making top 2 with their remaining games. They deserve another season in the Championship if they don't. So our next 2 games are against the sides that I think 1 will be favourites for the playoffs and the other goes up with Leeds. Will be a chance to test for weaknesses.

The result is very important for yourselves though.
Wouldn’t disagree with any of that. This is no gimme and I’m certain you will be in the play offs at the end of the season

This gets funnier every time

Listen, Frank Lampard's In Form Coventry City are a top top football team. They have incredible football players right the way through and Frank is already manager of the season for me, he's just great in every way. I desperately hope we can somehow squeeze a win from this and cement ourselves in the top 2 because the prospect of facing Frank Lampard's In Form Coventry City in the play offs terrifies me and has already given me sleepless nights
Wilder before every game play's mind games saying what a wonderful job the opposing manager is doing, maybe this time he has got his match.

I’ve got the last 2 results correct in the “next five” thread….. I have us down to lose tomorrow…. Sorry 1-3 Coventry… then win the next 2….

It’s gonna be tough tomorrow and we need a Middlesbrough type of performance.. I’d drop bomb scare and put Holding in….

There's 3 people with 2 out of 2 so far.

For the Cov game;

You have loss
Someone has draw
Someone has win

One of you gonna keep streak alive (just not you 😉)

Got Hull game wrote all over this one
0-3

How are you feeling after the derby? You did your usual disappearing act after a Blades win.
You were predicting your team to win with Gassama running us ragged…..how did it go?

I suppose it makes you feel better predicting United will be thrashed every week but I find it quite sad.
When will you ever learn? You only need to look at the table.

Regards a prediction it’s similar to how I thought the derby would go.
Think we’ll win 2-1 but expect it to be close and wouldn’t surprise me if we drew 1-1.

We expected a play off push prior to the season but at the turn of the calendar year that looked exceptionally unlikely, so it's a sort of bonus. Having said that, now we're actually in 5th you'd be disappointed not to make it.

We did that in 2021/22. Ended in play off failure but it was a fun journey.

As I've said before, you've got the happy knack of scraping games recently. The problem with that is that it isn't always sustainable.

Both sides similar from what I've heard and read on here. It's our defence that lets us down at times. And we can struggle when someone parks the bus.

Expecting a good open game tonight.

Just counted up and as at 8.40am Thursday morning there are 353 tickets left.

South stand SOLD OUT
BLUT 26 tickets left
BLUT corner stand 1 ticket left
John Street stand 5 tickets left
Kop corner 1 ticket left
Kop 320 tickets left

So I estimate we’ve sold 30,700 so far…..the final attendance will end up around 31K.
About 110 left now,singles and restricted view,that’s a great effort blades👏❤️

They've played some poor teams lately, Oxford, Stoke, Preston, Wendy's, lost to Derby, though did beat Mackems last time
