Enjoyed that , good game, Birmingham doing alot of pressing but some good last ditch tackles and decent breakaways , injury looked very painful

For anyone wanting to know the score it was

Blades women 1 Birmingham City women 2

They went ahead from a well taken penalty blasted into the bottom corner.
It was a definite penalty too….out defender tried a challenge on the edge of the box with the wrong foot, the challenge was late and caught her.

Near the end of the match…think it was 87 minutes United equalised.
A nice through ball, our player with just the keeper to beat…tries a lob…the keeper gets a hand to it but still can’t keep it out.

Then deep into injury a terrible mistake from our keeper misjudging the bounce of the ball.
Could have cleared it but ball is pinched off her….the Birmingham player cleverly rounds the keeper and kicks it into an empty net with 2 defenders trying to get back on the goal line.
