I reckon it would get more on a UFC site but the offer is to Blades first.

If you are a Blade and love UFC I'd have thought it was a no-brainer.

Whenever I see an 'owl' plate on the road I completely forget about road etiquette. My son now boos them as we drive past.

The booing and hatred for the pigs must have subliminally come from me and it's amazing how he's started doing it as I genuinely have an ambivalent reaction to them but I've never booed or cursed at them in front of him. Maybe some kids are just born with the gift eh?!

For these situations, I have a few spare plates in the boot, to stick over the offending original plates.

You can keep the plate for life, and is just a touch of personality, for the money some people spend on clothes or some other tittle tattle.

My question was a mix of serious and mischievous. I have never had much interest in cars, or clothes for that matter, so it has always been a mystery. If you see someone (grumpy), wearing a donkey jacket, walking around town, it could be me. You may be interested to know that the lorry carrying masses of parts of the big wheel being put up in Fargate this morning had the number plate V1 EWY, which amused me. So you have educated me a little...

Saw the reg 5UFC on a Merc outside Millmoor 79/80 season when we played there.
Dad reckoned it was one of the Laver family..... then again, he did make stuff up if he didn't know.

It passes us often afyer games on M1 North and then further east. I reck9n its travelling to Scarborough., just might be Harrogate.

It was on an SL Merc in the club car park in 94. Somewhere I have a photo. I remember it being red too.

S5 UFC. Last seen on a very nice BMW at Charlton about ten years ago. No prizes for guessing who stepped out of it....

A5 ABA was a brief sight on an Audi in the car park, but best was;

RK 05 LUK.

Not far away was Billy’s Panamera plate...

5UFC just been registered on a silver hybrid Porsche Cayenne November 5th. If it’s you it needs an MOT in 2022.

And I don’t have a Porsche Cayenne but I do own both SUFC01 and SUFC02....... in Canada where, if the plate is available (or at least this used to be the case when I got them both several years ago) there’s no extra “personal” plate fee. Get a few looks at the TFC (Toronto FC) games but apart from that few people probably have a clue - apart from the kids and the Mrs

But, counts for nothing this weekend as, despite being over for 10 days (and having seen the Burnley game), I still don’t have a ticket to the Spurs game.... (well, not in the away end, anyway...)

Surely someone will buy at that price, absolute snip and surely an investment. The value will grow the longer Wilder manages us. By the time we are in Europe it will have trebled in price. We already have a global audience!!

Having SUFC number plates is like wearing a Blades shirt, you get interaction with Blades fans in all sorts of places, just the odd Scunny fan too!

My favourite story is earlier this year Harry Maguire visited Whitby with his family and one of his brothers commented on my number plate, had a chat, all very nice.

There is more interaction with UFC devotees which never ceases to amaze me, all good fun though.

Even Wednesdayites have a little dig but a nice friendly 'Mind the Gap' usually shuts them up!!

In practical terms having the plate gives you easy identification on the road, no end of friends and aquaintances spot us easily on the road and give us a wave.

Having a plate conceals the age of your car, nobody knows my car is 8 years old, not that I'm bothered, some might be though.

Costs £80 to assign to a new car but that is covered on this occasion.
