Its actually a reduction Tuns ;)

Vat has increase - this has not been passed on to fans
Frozen Price - Now extended to ALL fans not just renewals, so if you're a new ST holder or a lapsed coming back, then you get a significant saving on the full price

The only people that aren't really getting much out of the frozen price are the renewers. But its still below my £300 max so i'm happy.

If/ when we go down then you'd expect a reduction in League one, but then i'm sure we'd all expect an increase the following season if/ when we come back up, so for me its not bad

Well, I'm not making any statements or hollow threats, just thought I'd let you have some idea of feeling out there.

My dad has been going to Bramall Lane since he was a kid and used to go with his mam and dad (he's 64 this year), when I started taking a serious interest in the Blades we both got season tickets (about 25 years ago).

He's not coming to the match on Tuesday with me as he is so disenchanted and neither of us are getting season tickets next year (definite!), we have said that we may attend some games next season, but the way we feel at the moment we won't be rushing.

I've not had the letter myself yet, but my understanding is there is some mention of the club wanting to stop offering discounted tickets on match by match basis so as to protect the value offered to TB's.

Can anyone confirm?

Yup. It says that will stop.

Three minutes - very good Mic:hello:

So, as suggested earlier in the thread "You're in or you're out"

Sounds like it. All flexi and mini season tickets have been stopped as well.

Aye, being less flexible about tickets and discounts is the way to go in the middle of a recession.
The stupidity is remarkable.
However, like the deadline, I would be very, very surprised if they don't want more people to come and watch United next season and don't end up having to do exactly what they're claiming they won't.
But they do it with the team, so why not with tickets.

Which is ridiculous!

My mates dad got a 6 match mini season ticket and I havent seen him again since he used it up. So they do work in a more spontaneous way
